With the diagnosis of carcinoid we feel fear—fear of any cancer. Fear of the unknown. Fear because we feel very alone. We at SEA want everyone diagnosed with carcinoid to know that “YOU ARE NOT ALONE.” There are others. Others with a similar reality to your own. Faces of Carcinoid is our effort to help introduce those with carcinoid to each other. We want you to get to know us, to get to know each other. You are invited to help us apply faces to those living with carcinoid. We all have a story. Share yours. By sharing our experiences, we encourage support, help raise awareness and educate our surrounding communties.

If you would like to be included in our gallery, the process is easy: Download our consent form so that we have your written permission on file to tell your story and post your photo. This downloadable form has enough room for you to write your story and snail-mail your photo and story back to us. However if you prefer, you are welcome to email us with your story and send your photo as an attachment to our zmail@sea4carcinoid.com address. Please keep in mind, we cannot post anything until we have your signed written consent form on file.

Need a photo? We have a terrific photographer we can recommend. Scott Lewis 818-441-6256 . You can also see samples of his work and contact him through his website. Scott won't charge you for the sitting but if you'd like to purchase prints, his rates are very reasonable.
